Q. Can I choose the color of the tie for the boy's suit that I
buy?
A. No. Our suits come as a package from the manufacture including
the clip-on ties.
Q. What color of tie do I get with the boy's suit that I buy?
A. Ties are usually nicely coordinated with the suits. So you will
get a tie that goes well with the suit that you order. However, we
also offer boy's ties in other different solid colors (sold
separately) in case you want a specific color tie.
Q. Can I get a mixed size suit?
A. No. We cannot sell a suit jacket in one size and pants in a
different size. All suit packages need to be the same size.
Q. How do I know what is the best size dress suit?
A. There is a chart link with the size details in every suit page.
To see the chart click on any suit color that you like and you will
see the chart link under the suit picture.
Q. Are these boy suits machine washable?
A. Yes. However, it is recommended to dry clean our good quality
suits (any dress suit) or formal wear for better care and better
results.
Q. How long does it take for the items to be delivered?
A. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. The delivery
time is an average of 4 to 5 days after your order has been
processed (the process time after you place the order is 24 to 48
hours). You also have the option to request 2nd Day Shipping in the
shopping cart for an additional charge.
Q. Do you have fabric swatches available?
A. No, we don't. However, if you are planning to order several suits, you can order one to see the actual color. If it doesn't match the color you are looking for, you are welcome to return the suit for a refund (please refer to our return policy below).
Q. Do I get a discount if I buy a lot of suits?
A. Yes. If you buy 10 suits or more in one purchase, you get a $100 discount. Some restrictions apply. For details you can contact us at: sales@faswear.com
Note: you will have to pay for any exchange shipping charges.
Q. Do you deliver to other countries?
A. No. At this time we
only deliver within the US.
Q. What is your return
policy?
A. You will get credit for the purchase amount to buy something else
in our website. You will need to contact us within 2 days after you
received your order to request a store credit to:
sales@faswear.com If a return is approved
for a refund, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee (shipping is not
refundable). You need to contact us within 2 days after you have
received your order to receive a RN number. Washed, used, damaged
or items without original tags and packaging are NOT refundable.
All original items, tags and labels must be intact.
Q. What is your exchange policy?
A. Exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item
online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account
will be credited when we receive your return within 10 days of your
received date (shipping is not refundable). You need to email us
within 2 days after you have received your order to receive a EX
number. Washed, used or damaged items are NOT refundable. All
Original tags and labels must be intact.
